Start Training

The Kids & Teens Sessions

Each coach-led session (45 mins for kids, 60 for teens) includes a combination of:

  • Strength Training – Developing full-body strength through age-appropriate exercises, with an emphasis on technique, control and good movement patterns.

  • Speed & Agility – Improving acceleration, reaction time, quick changes of direction and overall athletic ability.

  • Cardiovascular Fitness – Building stamina and endurance to support sporting performance and general fitness.

  • Balance & Coordination – Developing body awareness, stability and control to help young people move more efficiently.

  • Power & Explosiveness – Introducing jumping, landing, sprinting and other athletic movements to develop power safely.

  • Functional Movement & Mobility – Improving flexibility, joint mobility and fundamental movement skills that support healthy physical development.

  • Teamwork & Confidence – Encouraging communication, discipline, resilience and teamwork through fun challenges and group activities.

Adapted to you

All exercises are adapted to suit individual ages, abilities and experience levels, whether someone is already involved in competitive sport or simply wants to become fitter, stronger and more active.

Our goal is simple: To help young people build strong foundations for lifelong fitness, develop confidence in their physical abilities and improve their overall athletic development — all whilst enjoying exercise, making friends and having fun along the way.
