We understand the importance of a coach as a leader with your training. Someone who is relatable. Someone who is approachable. Someone who is knowledgable and someone who can make you feel comfortable every session you attend. Our team of coaches offer all of that whilst bringing their own skills to the table. You'll see each one our coaches delivering a mix of sessions throughout the week, whilst also being available for 1-2-1 training around their class hours.
