Training with a clear plan

HyFit HQ sessions are designed around repeatable structure: coached movement, progressive programming, and enough attention to make group training feel personal. The aim is simple — make every session easy to understand, hard to coast through, but rewarding and above all enjoyable and fun to come to!


Why the environment matters

Space, equipment, and coaching flow all influence how confident members feel during a workout. A well-organised floor gives people room to move, helps coaches stay close to the details, and keeps the energy of the room focused.


We have 3 main session templates..


HyFit | TRAIN

Is our base Strength & Conditioning program with a general session template of; 

Buy-in (warm-up )> Lift and Accessory > Finisher ( WOD … Workout Of the Day…. a fast paced workout/sweat to finish off the session for the day)

Each day will differ over a 2 week rotation of a 12 week cycle. 

The accessory section will come with 2 options….build or skill. 

So what-ever your training goal, the session can be adapted to suit your path.


HyFit | TEAMSET

A staple piece in our schedule since day 1. Our team conditioning sets have always been a popular session. 

 Planned over 40minutes…

The set will vary each week but will include a mix of everything from barbell & dumbbell work, concept 2 ergs, bodyweight skill or strength….

Pieced together for a mega team workout - partnered, team of 3, mixed sex…..

 There’s nothing fancy to think about with this session. The main aim is to keep it fun and to keep it challenging. Nothing more. Nothing less. 

If you want a proper workout where you feel like you’ve achieved something with a team around you - our TeamSet on Wednesday & Saturday are the days to get involved with!


HyFit | ENGINE

Our ENGINE program is delivered with a HYROX/Cardio-vascular training focus. 

Delivered on 4 separate days, each session will vary from STRENGTH - SWEAT - THRESHOLD - RACE SPECIFIC focus. 

Whether your goal is to train for a HYROX event or to simply get a proper set in without having to think too much about it - these sessions deliver on multiple fronts. 

 Current schedule is - Monday 6:30pm / Tuesday 6:30pm / Thursday - All day / Sunday 10am
